Processing & Fulfilment Times

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day.

During busy periods, sales, or highvolume times, fulfilment may take upto 2 business days.

Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been fulfilled. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and network delays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

·         Standard Shipping (AusPost Tracked) – AUD $5

o   Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

·         Express Shipping (AusPost Tracked) – AUD $15

o   Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

New Zealand Shipping

·         Standard Shipping (AusPost Tracked) – AUD $21

o   Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days

·         Express Shipping (AusPost Tracked) – AUD $40

o   Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days

Exchange rates for NZD are automatically calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties (NZ)

Orders shipped to New Zealand over NZ$1,000 may incur duties, customs charges, or the HighValue Goods Levy (including NZ GST). These fees are set by the New Zealand Customs Service and must be paid by the recipient. We cannot control or estimate these charges.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and current.

We cannot deliver to securityrestricted locations such as military bases.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur.

Shipping days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please first check with household members, neighbours, building management, or the delivery provider directly to confirm the delivery status.
