We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of order to return your item.
Returns for Change of Mind To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
- Postage: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking fee: Please note that up to 2.5% restocking and processing fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. This amount will be deducted from your final refund to cover non-refundable merchant transaction fees and administrative costs.
- For New Zealand orders, please note , the buyer is responsible for return postage. And the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, any import duties and taxes paid to New Zealand Customs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by Melbourne Gemstone Beads. A restocking fee of up to 4% applies to all change-of-mind returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us resolve any issues quickly, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to verify the issue with our shipping partners and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Custom orders (items made or altered specifically for you) are not returnable.
Exchanges - We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For New Zealand orders, any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid to the New Zealand Customs Service are non-refundable by Melbourne Gemstone Beads. These payments are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us.
